How to order:

2) Please email your seamless files with your order number to [email protected]

3) If the requested details and descriptions are not provided, your order will be canceled and you will need to create a new order.

4) No proof will be provided. Please ensure every detail is exactly as how you want it to be printed.

5) We will send the bow yard to our preferred printer, unless you specify to us that you want it sent to a specific printer. If so, please provide printer name and email address.

6) All customer files are private, remain confidential and will never be shared.  If you need an NDA signed, please email to [email protected].

TAT is 10 business days from when the designs are finalized.

Due to the nature of custom made to order, print on demands are "as is" and absolutely NO refunds will be provided. 

Please ensure that the resolution of your file is seamless and a minimum of 300 DPI.  Low quality files will result in blurry images and jeopardize the quality of the image printed.

3thereal is not responsible for any digital art errors contained within your file uploads. We will not check files if they are seamless, therefore, please ensure the digital images are exactly as how you want it printed.

3thereal reserves the right to refuse service on any order requests for any reason.
