Calibrate Your Dose
Take 1/2 to 1 full troche before dinner or bed.
Adjust your dose, up to maximum 4 whole troches/24 hours, depending on the level of immune and inflammatory support needed. Start low, gradually increase to your optimal, safest, and most effective level.
Recommended Primary Delivery Method
For the most rapid onset and maximum absorption, it is recommended to use the product as a buccal troche:
- Gently place the troche between your upper cheek and gum.
- Allow the troche to dissolve completely without chewing or swallowing it whole.
Onset of effects typically begins within 15 to 30 minutes when used this way.
Your mouth will turn a transient green.
Management of Discoloration
To reduce the green color faster:
- Approximately 5–10 minutes after the troche has dissolved, rinse your mouth with a solution of 1/4 tsp baking soda in 4oz water.

Alternative Method: Oral (Swallowed)
