| Remarks | The heat treatment does not directly improve brake performance. The heat treatment increases the disc resistance against strains and thermal cracking. It also helps maintain stable brake performance for a extended period of time. _x000D_ The surface of the heat treated brake discs has a burnt colour. Once it is used, the burnt surface will be removed by the pad, and changes back to the colour of normal cast iron. Please be aware that the effect of the heat treatment of the disc will not disappear even if the surface colour changes. _x000D_ 12 slots version (HST type) is available as a special order. the surcharge of 12 slots is JPY6,000 (w / o tax). _x000D_ our processing of the rotor, the above package we have shipped in. Fits perfectly for my 2017 VW Passat

Bought this for a fraction of the cost. An auto shop wanted to charge me $72.99 for a filter so I bought this Spearhead brand cabin filter and its the perfect size and its just as sturdy as the previous one the dealership had in the car. Not sure yet how the airflow is or if anything different as I have not driven in the car since it was replaced, but it appears to be a very high quality cabin filter for my car at a great price.

Economical, easy to install, and does the job!

First, depending on your car model, replacing your cabin air filter is VERY easy.
With that out of the way, the shop wanted to charge almost 65 dollars to replace my cabin air filter. Decided to just buy one and do it myself. The only downside of waiting is that the air inside the car is not as fresh/clean when you're running your air. Anyways, you can usually get these kinds of filters between 20-45 dollars from auto part shops depending on the brand and features. I've used this brand and filter for the past 3 replacements on my car and they last just as long and filter just as well from my experience. No issues installing, and does in fact do a good job of filtering outside odors.
Highly recommended for the price!

DIY!!
Bought this cabin air filter for my 2015 Honda CR-V and it fit perfectly. Installation was super easy and only took a few minutes. I immediately noticed the air coming through the vents smelled cleaner. No need to have it replaced for you. Definitely worth it if you want an affordable replacement that gets the job done.
