We are excited to introduce a new special edition of race weathered models: the Ferrari 250 GTO at 1:18 scale. Each model in this limited edition of 250 models is based on chassis 3705GT, as raced at the 24 Hours of Le Mans on the 23rd and 24th of June 1962 by Pierre Noblet and Jean Guichet. Every model has been meticulously hand-painted and detailed by our master model makers to show every detail of the race dirt as seen during one of the #19 car’s final pit stops. Every order will be accompanied by an archive quality Giclée print of the car during that pit stop, selected by Amalgam from the Motorsport Images collection.

The artistry applied to these 250 models exemplifies our commitment to creating beautiful hand-made pieces which fully capture both the spirit and precise appearance of iconic race cars. The original model was developed using data from a digital scan of an original Series 1 Ferrari 250 GTO, and the subsequent prototype model has been scrutinised by Ferrari Classiche to ensure complete accuracy of representation.

The Ferrari 250 GTO is the ultimate expression of the 250 GT series, blending performance, style, and racing pedigree. Powered by a 2,953cc Columbo V12 and a 5-speed gearbox, with a Scaglietti-designed body on a 250 GT chassis, it remains both a race winner and a legitimate road car. Its iconic status is reflected in record auction prices, with chassis 3413 GT selling for $48.4 million in 2018.

Developed in secrecy by Giotto Bizzarrini, the 250 GTO first raced at Monza in 1961, earning the nickname ‘Il Mostro’ due to its rough prototype body. After Bizzarrini’s departure, Sergio Scaglietti refined the design, creating the final, iconic shape used throughout the 36-car production run from 1962 to 1964.

This fine 1:18 scale model is of chassis 3705GT exactly as raced at the 24 Hours of Le Mans on the 23rd and 24th of June 1962 by Pierre Noblet and Jean Guichet.

This fine 1:18 scale model of the Ferrari 250 GTO has been handcrafted and finished in our workshops with the co-operation and assistance of Ferrari regarding original finishes, materials, archive imagery and drawings. The use of supremely accurate digital scanning of an original car has allowed us to perfectly recreate every detail at scale. Furthermore, it has undergone detailed scrutiny by both engineering and design teams to ensure complete accuracy of representation.

The race weathered Ferrari 250 GTO at 1:18 scale is limited to just 250 pieces.

Note: This is a 'Kerbside' model and does not feature any moving parts.

Handling Race Weathered Models

Please note that Amalgam’s weathered models are incredibly fragile and require careful handling. We recommend you keep handling to a minimum to avoid removing the weathered effects from the model. When handling the model, please adhere to the instructions included with the product when purchased. The brush featured in the gallery is included purely for demonstrating the scale of the model. We do not advise any cleaning of our weathered models as this may remove some of the weathering applications.

An Easy DIY Headlight Restoration Kit with Strong Appeal
Size: 1 Count (Pack of 1)
This restoration kit is appealing because it offers a way to improve cloudy or oxidized headlights without needing power tools. That makes it accessible for people who want to do the job themselves without investing in extra equipment. Cerakote also has a strong reputation in protective coatings, which gives this kit added credibility compared with generic restoration products. The biggest selling point is the promise of restoring clarity while adding a protective finish to help maintain the results. If the process is easy to follow and the wipes are effective, this can be a worthwhile DIY option for improving both appearance and nighttime visibility. For vehicle owners with faded headlights, this seems like one of the more convenient restoration approaches available.

Perfect
Size: 1 Count (Pack of 1), Size: 1 Count (Pack of 1)
Honestly one of the best headlight restoration kits I’ve used. The instructions were simple, the process was easy to follow, and the results were way better than expected. My headlights were heavily oxidized and yellow, and after using the 2000/3000 grit sanding steps with the ceramic coating, they looked almost brand new again. The ceramic finish made them crystal clear and glossy. Definitely worth the money and much better than cheap polish-only kits.

Very happy with the outcome, worked perfectly
Size: 1 Count (Pack of 1)
I was very happy with the CERAKOTE Ceramic Headlight Restoration Kit. The instructions were simple to follow, and the whole process was much easier than I expected. My headlights were cloudy and dull before using it, but after completing the steps, they looked dramatically clearer and much closer to new. The kit included everything needed, and I liked that it did not require any extra tools or complicated equipment. The results made a noticeable difference in the appearance of the vehicle, and the headlights also seem brighter at night. Overall, this is a great product that does exactly what it claims. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for an affordable and effective way to restore foggy headlights.

Highly Recommend – Amazing Results on My Honda Accords!
Size: 1 Count (Pack of 1), Size: 1 Count (Pack of 1)
I recently used the Cerakote Headlight Restoration Kit on both my 2008 and 2014 Honda Accords, and I’m genuinely impressed. The headlights on both cars were badly oxidized, hazy, and yellowed from years of sun exposure. After following the kit’s instructions, they look crystal clear and almost like new again. The process is pretty straightforward and beginner-friendly. It does take roughly an hour per headlight set if you follow all the steps carefully and allow proper air drying time before the final clear coat. There’s a bit of elbow grease involved with the sanding and polishing stages, but nothing overly difficult. The kit provides everything you need, and the instructions are clear. The results are excellent! Both cars now have headlights that look factory-fresh. I’m really happy with how bright and clear they are at night. Best part? I saved a ton of money by restoring them instead of buying expensive OEM replacements. The only minor uncertainty is long-term durability (how well the clear coat holds up after a couple years of sun, weather, and car washes), but for the price and the dramatic improvement I saw, it’s absolutely worth it. I’d definitely buy this kit again if needed. Highly recommended for anyone dealing with cloudy headlights. Great product that delivers professional-looking results at a fraction of the cost!

Best product I've tried so far but still temporary. YMMV.
Size: 1 Count (Pack of 1)
This product really does work. It is the best I've used. I purchased in September 2024 and am writing this review in May of 2026, roughly one year and 8 months later. I noticed product failure a little after a year after application and it has been degrading slowly since. Currently the product is visible like a layer of clear paint flaking off and you can physically scratch some off. Here are the pros and cons. Pros: Clarity, relative ease of use, value Cons: Taping and sanding, doesn't last for as long as you own your car as claimed Best used as a temporary fix. Bottom line, would I use it again? Yes. What am I doing today? Replacing the headlights completely. Why? I plan on keeping my car for longer than a year.
