Crafted entirely from recycled casted aluminium, the unique piece features curvy, rounded shapes and is originally inspired by a mountainside in Gudbrandsdalen, Norway, where the slow trickle of water has eroded the hard rock and carved out a distinct stone cave with captivatingly curved walls.

The brand was conceived in Copenhagen in the home of Trinie with wallpaper, or rather, a lack of it… In 2005, Trinie had just moved into a house with her husband, and just couldn’t seem to find a wallpaper that fit our taste. She therefore decided to make her own, which resulted in ten different wallpaper designs.

After applying to exhibit them at a trade fair in Denmark Trinie couldn’t afford to manufacture all ten designs, so armed with just one wallpaper and a handful of printouts ferm LIVING was created.
