How is this any different from vitamin e oil?

The base of Pickfix™ is made from the cold-pressed, organic, unrefined seeds of Turkish Pomegranates and Moroccan Prickly Pears. These are two of the most vitamin e rich plant-based oils that exist in nature. They are also two of the most expensive, so you rarely see them used. The organic essential oils used are all clinically proven anti-bacterial and anti-inflammatory ingredients, that are sourced directly from organic farms/distilleries, to ensure we are always using the most potent oil available.

In contrast many versions of vitamin E oil are artificially created in laboratories, contain questionable additives, and are often sourced unidentifiable oils. And even when it is sourced from plants (such as sunflowers or wheat germ), the process to extract the vitamin e makes it a highly refined oil, which removes most of the important benefits of plant-based oil.

There is really no comparison of Pickfix™ vs vitamin e oil.

How long will the bottle last?

A little goes a VERY long way. Depending on use, this bottle could easily last you 6+ months, even when applied daily.

Is it supposed to stay on my skin or should it quickly absorb?

We formulated Pickfix™ so it both absorbs and keeps a protective layer on the surface of the skin. If you use immediately before bedtime, oil may get on your pillow case. We suggest you apply at least 30 min before bedtime to help avoid oil stains. If you use before applying makeup, we suggest using a mineral-powder based conceal on any spots where you've applied Pickfix™.

Will Pickfix™ "cure" my skin picking?

Pickfix™ is not a cure to skin picking. It was designed to be a tool to help your skin after you've picked, or something you can put on the minute you have the urge to pick to encourage self-care and discourage picking. As skin pickers we need as many tools in our tool box as possible and we are working around the clock to develop more "tools" and provide greater support.
