Six Questions Your Navis Pack & Ship Franchise Pitch Deck Must Answer

We developed this franchise unit business proposal in Microsoft PowerPoint format using deep-dive research into the logistics and shipping sector. Every slide is pre-populated with realistic data, such as a Year 1 revenue target of $365,000, and is fully editable to fit your specific market. This tool provides a credible, data-backed foundation for your franchise investment presentation.

Market Urgency

Local businesses and affluent residents often face a gap when trying to move fragile, high-value items that standard carriers refuse to touch. This unit solves that problem by providing specialized, on-site assessments and custom-engineered crating that ensures safe transit for 'unshippable' assets.

Solving Local Logistics Gaps

  • High-value asset protection
  • On-site professional packing
  • Specialized fragile item handling
[dynamic_pic9]

Superior Solutions

This unit offers precision-engineered crating and white-glove shipping that far exceeds the capabilities of a typical pack-and-ship store. By combining expert craftsmanship with a concierge-style customer experience, we provide a level of security and reliability that local competitors simply cannot match.

The Competitive Advantage

  • Custom-engineered crating solutions
  • Concierge-style white-glove service
  • Expertise in fine art transport
[dynamic_pic10]

Target Audience

The local opportunity is driven by luxury art galleries, interior designers, and estate executors who manage high-value physical assets. Our projections show a total addressable market that supports revenue growth from $365,000 in Year 1 to over $1.56 million by Year 5 as local density increases.

Primary Customer Segments

  • Luxury art galleries and collectors
  • High-end interior design firms
  • B2B commercial procurement officers
[dynamic_pic11]

Profit Engine

The revenue model relies on high-margin service fees for custom crating and premium shipping coordination for international logistics. At $120,000 in Year 1 custom crating sales and $80,000 in white-glove shipping, the unit will defintely need to scale volume to cover the $8,500 monthly warehouse rent. Break-even depends less on headline sales and more on repeat demand, local density, and manager productivity.

Core Revenue Streams

  • Custom crating service fees
  • Premium white-glove shipping margins
  • Recurring B2B logistics contracts
[dynamic_pic12]

Competitive Edge

Main local competitors include standard freight forwarders and general shipping stores, but they lack the specialized equipment for custom wood crating. Our defensible edge is the proprietary logistics software and specialized staff training that allows us to act as a trusted advisor for high-stakes shipments.

Defensible Market Position

  • Specialized crating equipment moat
  • Proprietary real-time tracking
  • Deep luxury partner referrals
[dynamic_pic13]

Capital Requirements

Total startup funding covers the $35,000 franchise fee, $120,000 for leasehold improvements, and $65,000 for specialized crating equipment. These funds will unlock a 38-month path to breakeven, with the unit expected to reach positive EBITDA of $88,000 by Year 4 of operations.

Uses of Funds and Milestones

  • $35,000 initial franchise fee
  • $120,000 facility build-out
  • 38-month operational breakeven target

A Beta Worth Rooting For
Format: Kindle
In Spare, Violet Fox flips the omegaverse on its head, giving us a Beta heroine determined to make her mark. Joining the Beta Trials to support her sick father, she's thrown into a pack that doesn't want her, especially the possessive Alphas. But here's the twist: their sweet Omega turns out to be her scent match. Cue the angst, forbidden tension, and a slow-burn romance that will make your heart ache in the best way. Violet Fox delivers an emotional, refreshing take on the genre, proving Betas aren't "spares." They're stars.

Beta, Alpha, Omega oh my!
Format: Kindle
Omegas are precious and given to Alphas & their packs... but the Betas want in too. To this end, the Beta government is rolling out its trial of assigning a Beta to each Alpha-Omega pack. But forcing a Beta into a pack where they are not wanted will not end well... Of course, no one expected the Omega to fall for the assigned Beta. Great read and cliffhanger

A familiar story, just with…..less.
Format: Kindle
So, as other reviewers make clear, this is very similar to Pack Darling and The Beta. It’s much closer aligned with The Beta, in plot and maybe more like Pack Darling with characters. That being said, I don’t hate this…..but it wasn’t great either. It’s both books mentioned but just….less. Less angst, less emotion, less feeling. The plot feels very half fleshed out, and the “bad guy” feels underwhelming. I didn’t really feel any real emotions from and of the male leads, except maybe Oliver. The others fell sorta flat for me. And Mika makes herself out to be this big bad ass straight outta training and then we never see it from here again with the one fitting room incident as the exception. SPOILER: The whole, “Oh, I’m actually probably an Omega, but I don’t wanna be but I do actually wanna be but no one can ever know my secret that I do nothing to hide “ thing fell so flat. She never commutes to believing she was secretly an omega, but also mentions her “secret” a lot. It just felt so manufactured. I’m intrigued enough to read part 2 and see how the author closes everything out, but this is not one I’ll recommend or ever come back to.

Fun with a late blooming omega
Format: Kindle
I like this book. The story is fun, cute, and sexy. There's just a little drama, some excellent, steamy scenes, and a fairly good relationship building storyline. I especially like how all the main characters are a bit older than the usual 20 somethings I tend to see in this kind of book. Having said that, I wish there were more descriptions of the places, as well as the food in the fancy restaurant. I enjoyed the cocktails at the club, so I missed that kind of detail when Gray took Madison on a dinner date. I also wish there had been more interaction between Lucas and Madison, and Lucas and Rian. It felt a bit lopsided, with a focus on Rian, Madison, and Gray. I wish it had been proofread - there are a lot of typos, but nothing too distracting.
