The PrimaCreator Premium nozzles are a series of replacement nozzles that can make a bigger difference in print quality than you might think. A high-quality nozzle is like a sharp pencil – you need it to achieve a great print.

High-quality materials

All PrimaCreator nozzles are made from high-quality brass or steel (depending on the type) and manufactured in a modern factory. Each nozzle is produced with a tolerance of less than ± 0.01 mm. This ensures that your filament has a very smooth and clear surface when extruded, which naturally leads to better print results.

Manufacturing Process

• After this process, the material undergoes an ultrasonic cleaning bath and is then cleaned again and protected against surface oxidation.
• The nozzle is now shaped with millimeter precision, with a tolerance of less than ± 0.01 mm.
• The process of removing sharp edges from the nozzles is a very important step, as it constitutes a large part of the result. If too many sharp edges remain on the nozzle, it becomes more prone to clogging. Therefore, it is crucial that the nozzle is very smooth and clean before use. In each batch, some nozzles are selected and cut in half to ensure that every specification is met and the surface is in perfect condition.
• The nozzles are then checked one last time and individually packed in a protective box – ready for shipping to you.

Recommendations

For the best results and optimal print quality, we strongly recommend realigning your build plate after switching to a new nozzle. Please note that a PrimaCreator nozzle may be compatible with your printer, but the distance between the nozzle and the build plate needs to be adjusted.

The manufacturing process

• The process of manufacturing a PrimaCreator nozzle begins with a selected high-quality material. When the material arrives at the factory, an initial visual inspection is performed on the material used for each batch of nozzles. Then the material is clamped, that is, transformed into a long rod. In our process, this happens only once; in many other (cheaper) cases, this process must be repeated several times, often up to 3-4 times, and still, the same results are not achieved.
