Styled with the warm, oversaturated precision of a 1960s American diner menu photograph, blue ceramic plate, red and white gingham napkin, silver server, white tablecloth, a golden, perfectly toasted sandwich has been cut diagonally into two symmetrical triangles, the crust evenly browned, the bread pressed to absolute perfection.
