Adults and children 2 years and older: Take 2-4 capsules, 1-3 times a day

- To prevent the risk of antibiotic-associated diarrhea, treat symptoms of acute diarrhea, and reduce the risk of traveler’s diarrhea, take 4 capsules daily
- To reduce the risk of traveler’s diarrhea, start 5 days before the trip and continue through the entire duration
- For children 6 years and under, open the capsule and add the content to food or beverage
- It can be taken at the same time as antibiotics.
Cautions:
Stop use and consult a health care practitioner if symptoms of digestive upset (e.g. diarrhea) occur, worsen or persist beyond 3 days.
