A glass of ascent, transformation, and quiet ambition, the Edo Kiriko Handcrafted Soaring Dragon Whisky Glass renders the dragon in its most powerful moment — mid-flight, climbing through invisible currents — into hand-cut crystal. Each curve of the dragon's form is carved by hand against a spinning wheel, capturing the creature's upward motion in a play of light that shifts with every angle.

Wooden Gift Box Included: Presented in a wooden gift box, this premium whisky glass is ready for gifting, collecting, or display in a refined home bar. The box adds a more complete presentation for whisky lovers, anniversaries, groomsmen gifts, housewarmings, and special occasions.

Tōryūmon (登龍門) — The Dragon's Gate

In East Asian tradition, the soaring dragon carries one of the most beloved stories of transformation: the legend of Tōryūmon (登龍門), the Dragon's Gate. According to the legend, a carp that successfully swims up a great waterfall is transformed into a dragon, ascending to the heavens. For more than a thousand years, this image has stood for personal transformation — for the moment a long effort breaks through, for passing the test, for becoming who one was always becoming. The dragon ascending is the carp who refused to turn back.

The Aspirational Symbol

In Japanese tradition, the soaring dragon appears on graduation gifts, on talismans for entrance exams, on Children's Day carp streamers (koinobori) flown each May to wish strength upon the young. The motif belongs to every threshold of advancement — academic, professional, personal. To carry a soaring dragon is to carry the wish that one's effort will rise.

Light, Crystal, and the Dragon in Flight

The clear crystal body enhances the dragon's dynamic posture — every facet refracts brilliance into shifting patterns that lend the creature a quiet animation. As the glass turns in the hand, light follows the dragon's curves, creating a sense of ongoing flight. The lead-free crystal carries its 350 g weight with grounded authority — solid in the hand, refined to the eye.

Perfect For

Single Malt Scotch, Bourbon, Japanese whisky, and any aged spirit served neat or on the rocks. A profoundly thoughtful gift for moments of advancement: graduation, promotion, passing a major exam, starting a new business, completing a long project, achieving a major milestone. Especially meaningful during the Year of the Dragon (2024, 2036). A favorite of entrepreneurs, students, athletes, professionals at career inflection points, and anyone whose journey calls for a symbol of rising effort.

not bad
Format: Kindle
I loved the plot of this book. The characters just didn’t have a lot of depth. The connections and “love” just weren’t communicated very well in the writing. The author didn’t write the sweet psycho trope very well at all either. Lachlan was just a mess of a character.

A Beta Worth Rooting For
Format: Kindle
In Spare, Violet Fox flips the omegaverse on its head, giving us a Beta heroine determined to make her mark. Joining the Beta Trials to support her sick father, she's thrown into a pack that doesn't want her, especially the possessive Alphas. But here's the twist: their sweet Omega turns out to be her scent match. Cue the angst, forbidden tension, and a slow-burn romance that will make your heart ache in the best way. Violet Fox delivers an emotional, refreshing take on the genre, proving Betas aren't "spares." They're stars.

Beta, Alpha, Omega oh my!
Format: Kindle
Omegas are precious and given to Alphas & their packs... but the Betas want in too. To this end, the Beta government is rolling out its trial of assigning a Beta to each Alpha-Omega pack. But forcing a Beta into a pack where they are not wanted will not end well... Of course, no one expected the Omega to fall for the assigned Beta. Great read and cliffhanger

A familiar story, just with…..less.
Format: Kindle
So, as other reviewers make clear, this is very similar to Pack Darling and The Beta. It’s much closer aligned with The Beta, in plot and maybe more like Pack Darling with characters. That being said, I don’t hate this…..but it wasn’t great either. It’s both books mentioned but just….less. Less angst, less emotion, less feeling. The plot feels very half fleshed out, and the “bad guy” feels underwhelming. I didn’t really feel any real emotions from and of the male leads, except maybe Oliver. The others fell sorta flat for me. And Mika makes herself out to be this big bad ass straight outta training and then we never see it from here again with the one fitting room incident as the exception. SPOILER: The whole, “Oh, I’m actually probably an Omega, but I don’t wanna be but I do actually wanna be but no one can ever know my secret that I do nothing to hide “ thing fell so flat. She never commutes to believing she was secretly an omega, but also mentions her “secret” a lot. It just felt so manufactured. I’m intrigued enough to read part 2 and see how the author closes everything out, but this is not one I’ll recommend or ever come back to.

OUTSTANDING
Format: Kindle
This was very, very good. The world is vast and characters are complex. There is a good plot with a whole lot going on. This is well written. Good twists and turns and some heart breaking moments. You will love these characters, they have heart and loyalty. I am hoping that there will be several more books. We've yet to see anything from the Sea Court but only a mention of them here and there. The Wood Court was given a quick couple of scenes, and only as far as some warriors, we've yet to enter their court and the Shadow Court, I'm not sure if they will be a force for good or bad, but they definitely will play a much bigger role moving forward. This is primarily the Ice and Air Courts. Told in multiple views, which I loved, it gives you a chance to see things from different eyes. There's alot of political maneuvering and deception. I loved it and will pick up the next book as it becomes available. If you like The Fae and the courts, you should love this. I think the author has mucn in store for us.
