How to use:

• For hair: Apply the oil to clean hair by rubbing it for 2-3 minutes to allow the product to spread evenly and penetrate the hair follicle. Make sure you spread the oil from root to tip, combing through if necessary. Leave on for at least 15 minutes or longer if possible before shampooing as usual.
• For skin (may be used all over, including on the face): Apply the oil to clean skin and slowly massage in circular motions. TIP: Absorption and effect is even better if applied after washing with warm water to open up the pores of your skin.
• Nails: Apply to cuticles and nails and gently massage in
