Great design by Louis Kalff for Philips called. It is manufactured in 1970 - 1980. This version is in black and gold, and has a UFO lampshade with a hole in the middle for ahead mirror lamp. This model is very similar to the Timor69, only it has a bulging / UFO shaped lampshade.

This lamp is not marked with the Philips logo, but all details lead to a design by Louis Kalff.
