The Atosa ATG-2424-C is a heavy duty 24″ thermostatic chrome plated gas griddle designed for commercial kitchens that need consistent surface temperature, fast recovery, and a smooth cooking surface for breakfast, burger, sandwich, and high-volume prep applications.
This model features a 1″ thick chrome plated griddle plate, stainless steel exterior and interior, independent thermostatic controls, stainless steel grease drawer, stainless steel legs, and a rear 3/4″ NPT gas connection with regulator.
