Recommended Adult Dosage: To help relieve the symptoms associated with upper respiratory tract infections, take two (2) capsules twice a day. For general immune support and maintenance of good health, take one (1) to two (2) capsules daily. Take with food a few hours before or after taking other medications/supplements.
