Das bekannte Präzisionssieb der italienischen Edelstahlschmiede in der Variante für 2 Tassen und 14-18g Füllmenge Kaffeemehl. Exakt runde, konische Löcher und hochwertiger Edelstahl sorgen für eine Extraktion, die um Längen besser ist als mit herkömmlichen Standardsieben. Für jeden, der Wert auf einen präzise extrahierten Espresso legt, ist ein Präzisionssieb ein Muss.
Es ist wirklich erstaunlich, dass nicht nur die Zubereitung deutlich einfacher gelingt, sondern dass sich das Präzisionssieb auch sensorisch deutlich auswirkt: der Espresso schmeckt einfach besser.
