Lazzaroni's lemon amaretti cookies are made from a mixture of sugar, apricot kernels, lemon essential oil and egg whites. The results of Lazzaroni's traditional process are soft, airy cookies with a distinctive lemon flavor that make them perfect with espresso, dessert wine, or aperitifs.
