Our award-winning vodka is hand crafted from our own base made from British grown sugar beet which is fermented, then double distilled before being distilled a third time in our polishing still. The high proof spirit is then sent through a charcoal filter 5 times producing a world class smooth vodka.
We select our 'middle of the run' spirits for our premium vodka, meaning only the very purest of spirits makes the cut from our purpose built rural distillery outside of Cheltenham, in the Cotswolds.
Each batch run is of 70 x 70cl bottles allowing us to focus on bottling only the very best vodka.
At Uncommon Distillery, we do the common things uncommonly well. We craft spirits with bold flavours that stand out from the crowd. We keep the branding simple so we can concentrate on what we do best.
