Patek Philippe’s patented Annual Calendar automatically takes account of 30- and 31-day months, requiring just one correction per year, on the 1st March. Powered by the CH 28-520 QA 24H self-winding caliber, the new Ref. 5905/1A-001 boasts a power reserve of up to 55 hours.
