Directions : use 5x per week with 2 days rest. Can be used up to 60 min per day per section. Give the system a break for 60 min between sections. Do not exceed 60 minutes on each section in a day. There are 3 heat setting for each color. With 1 being the lowest and 3 the highest. The heat setting can reach 70 degrees. For sensitive skin setting 1 and 50 degrees is perfect; medium sensitivity 2 setting 50-60 degree; tough skin 3 and 70 degrees. Play with settings to see what your skin agrees best with.
