This is a plug-and-play GPS tracker with start-disable option - killswitch and a phone app. 

The GPS tracker provides you with the precise location of the vehicle and the driver's behavior. That includes real-time notifications for speeding, hard braking, hard acceleration, sharp cornering, towing and entering or exiting of customer-defined zones on the map. 

The killswitch is controlled remotely with the same phone app or from a desktop / laptop. It is designed for extreme reliability, safety and security. Unlike any other killswitch, it disables the car ignition system entirely, not just the starter or fuel pump. This is the only start disable device on the market with a failsafe functionality, built with 2 independent killswitch components. If one of them malfunctions, the second one will still allow the car to start.

The GPS tracking service is provided by OneStepGPS.com and comes with monthly fee of $16/moth for the Verizon units and $13.95 for T-mobile units. The default unit shipped with Startblocker is Verizon.
