Historical Context: The Era of Modigliani and His Influences

The Bohemian Lifestyle of Early 20th Century Paris

In the early 20th century, Paris became a vibrant hub for artists, writers, and intellectuals. This period, often referred to as the Bohemian lifestyle, was marked by creativity and experimentation. Modigliani, an Italian artist, thrived in this environment, surrounded by influential figures like Pablo Picasso and Henri Matisse. The cafés and studios of Montmartre buzzed with revolutionary ideas, shaping the modern art movement.

Influences from African Art and Cubism

Modigliani's work reflects a deep appreciation for African art, which he encountered in Parisian galleries. This influence is evident in the stylized forms and masks that permeate his portraits. Additionally, Cubism, with its fragmented shapes and innovative perspectives, played a role in Modigliani's artistic evolution. He blended these influences into a unique style that set him apart from his contemporaries.

Modigliani's Unique Approach to Portraiture

Unlike traditional portrait artists, Modigliani focused on capturing the essence of his subjects rather than their physical likeness. His portraits often feature elongated forms and simplified features, creating a dreamlike quality. This approach allows viewers to connect emotionally with the subjects, inviting them to explore deeper themes of identity and existence.

Thank you VIVO
Color: Black, Size: Standard, Color: Black, Size: Standard
Between these cable management trays and the VIVO under desk UPS mount, I have completely tamed the cables at my desk. No more tangling my feet in cables when I stretch. No more messy, unkept appearance. Even with zip ties, I was never able to get anything close to this. It's truly amazing what the right hardware and a little bit of work can do. Everything you need is in the box. I do recommend drilling pilot holes, even in particle board or softer wood to make it easier to screw in, but the installation is dead simple and done right, no one will even know these trays are there. I should have done this years ago.

Perfect Solution for Desk Cable Clutter!
Color: White, Size: Standard
I’m super happy with the VIVO 2-pack under-desk cable management trays. They’re exactly what I needed to keep my workspace clean and organized. The 17-inch size is perfect for holding power strips, chargers, and all those messy cords that usually clutter up my desk area. Installation was a breeze — the trays come with all the screws and clear instructions. I mounted them under my desk in just a few minutes, and they feel really sturdy and well-built. The metal construction looks sleek and durable, and it holds everything without any sagging or bending. Now my cables are off the floor and totally hidden, which not only looks great but also makes cleaning so much easier. If you’re tired of tangled cords and want a neat setup, these trays are a must-have! Highly recommend!

Perfect cable management
Color: Black, Size: Standard
I set these up on my sit/stand office/gaming desk and trust me when I say I have a lot of cords, power blocks and what not going on. 2 27" monitors (both have DP and HDMI hooked up), two laptops, PS5, gaming speakers, iPad, docking station, phone charging station...and this thing holds all of the cables, blocks AND the Anker multi-plug with 12 outlets. No cords hanging, everything clean. Super easy to install, I totally recommend this product. I like it so much I bought another one for my girlfriend for her home office to get her all set up. You won't regret it
