This is a completed and painted, fixed-pose figure.

Hiei from the classic '90s manga and anime "Yu Yu Hakusho" returns to the "ARTFX J" figure lineup from Kotobukiya, and he looks great! This fan-favorite character comes with an alternate face with his third eye opened, and an extra interchangeable arm allows you to display him unleashing the Black Dragon! A base is included (different from the one shown in the photos) that can be connected to the bases of other "Yu Yu Hakusho" characters in the series. Order him for your own collection today!
