The Oliver Machinery 10080 8" Benchtop Jointer delivers full‑size jointer capability in a footprint that fits smaller shops. Designed for woodworkers who need accurate edge and face jointing without dedicating floor space, this machine combines cast‑iron mass, a true helical cutterhead and extended table support in a compact format.

The parallelogram‑style cast‑iron tables and fence provide consistent alignment across the cutting range while adding the weight needed to control vibration on a benchtop machine. Folding extension wings increase overall table length to support longer stock, then stow when space is limited. The Oliver HCX helical cutterhead uses 21 carbide inserts arranged in three rows to maintain cut quality across the full 8" width while reducing tearout and cutter maintenance compared to straight knives.

A 2 HP 115V universal motor drives the cutterhead at 11,000 RPM, supplying the power needed for hardwoods without requiring special electrical service. An integrated chip extractor fan assists dust collection by actively moving chips toward the 2.5" port, keeping the cutterhead area clearer during operation. Included setup and maintenance accessories allow the machine to be put to work immediately.
