The 2011-2016 Ford Super Duty equipped with the 6.7L Powerstroke is one of the most capable and reliable trucks on the road today. But, when Mishimoto heard about 6.7L Powerstroke air-to-water intercoolers leaking internally, we set to work making the 6.7L Powerstroke even better. The Mishimoto 6.7L Powerstroke intercooler brings even more reliability to the 6.7L by ditching the stamped and stacked plate stock design. Instead, our intercooler is built with cast aluminum end tanks that are precision TIG welded to the robust bar-and-plate core. The cast end-tanks reduce potential failure points, making them more reliable than cut and welded tanks. Aside from being more durable than stock, the Mishimoto 6.7L Powerstroke intercooler also flows better. Flow bench testing showed that the Mishimoto intercooler flowed 22-percent better than the stock cooler. On the dyno, that extra flow provided our stock 6.7L with 40 lb. ft. more torque. This cooler is available with a powder coated sleek silver, stealthy micro-wrinkle black, or micro-wrinkle blue finish to match any style. 1999 BMW 528i Fit and works like Original BMW-Pleasantly Surprised
1999 BMW 528i M52TU Engine. Pleasantly surprised and impressed. Everything fit as it should. Yes, one connector pipe took a bit more pressure to get it to "click" and lock, but it did click and lock..and better tight to insure no vacuum leak. Definitely works well and stopped the vacuum leak that old system had. Would recommend especially since price point might lead one to think that quality is not that good, but I'm glad I didn't spend any more on something else. Highly recommend.

Test fit to make sure it connects
When I revived it I thought it had looked a little too small until I compared it, I test fitted it and at first I thought it was a tad bit bigger but realized the more I pushed it in the more it went very tight fit and my car is running healthy. Installation is a pain but go to YouTube and search the “” the 50’s kid”” Who has two methods to getting them on, I went the intake removal route to replace additional parts.
