對於覺得礦物粉味濃難入口的人士，Rayobase 膠囊是個最佳解決辦法，九粒的份量相等於每日兩包的粉狀份量，如每天只服用一次，可選擇服用膠囊4-5粒。

建議食用方法 : 一日一至兩次，每次4-5粒膠囊，空肚服用效果最佳。

For those who dislike the tastes of the Rayobase powder, Rayobase capsules are an ideal solution.  A serving of 9 capsules a day is the equivalent of 2 packs of Rayobase powder.  If taken once a day, can consider taking 4-5 capsules with water each time.
Suggested dosage: 4-5 capsules with water once or twice a day on empty stomach.

Love these pillows!

The only negative is the initial smell of the pillows. It’s pretty strong, but I’m sure this will lessen over time.
