- A throat swab sample or an aliquot of liquid transport media is lysed by simple heat treatment, diluted, and added to two reaction tubes, one containing primers and probes specific for group A Strep, the other containing primers and probes for strep dysgalactiae HDA reagents including primers specific for the amplification of the DNAse B (sdaB) sequence as well as sequence specific probes.
- Results are displayed on the touchscreen, can be saved to the instrument, printed, and are capable of being sent to the LIS and exported through one of Solana's four USB ports.

Great for RV and boat

Easy to use..great results!
This product actually delivers on its promises! It took of years worth of road film and grime from our motorhome..leaving a clean base for the application of Poli Glow polish... Our motorhome is now looking shiney and new again. Very easy to use..just mop it on..let set for a few minutes then pressure wash off.

The product downer live up to the advertised claim
Washed a side by side section of my 2022 rv with poli prep and simple green. The comparison was tragic. Simple green definitely is a superior product. Don't waste your money.

Great cleaner for tough stains on fiberglass
This cleaner was recommended by a fellow boater. I was having difficulty cleaning some black streaks on the hull, and dark stains on the water line. After trying several excellent cleansers that have never failed me, I decided to give this one a try. It cleaned up the stains when used as directed and did not damage the finish on the gelcoat.
