The Michell Audio T8 Tonearm is a class-leading upgrade designed to unlock greater detail, clarity, and musical realism from vinyl playback systems. Representing a significant advancement over the T2, the T8 incorporates a new aluminum vertical bearing housing paired with a redesigned stainless-steel sleeve and bearing shaft, dramatically increasing rigidity, stability, and vibration control. Precision hand-matched bearing assemblies allow the cartridge to track the groove with exceptional accuracy, while the advanced low-resonance arm tube minimizes coloration and energy storage for a cleaner, more natural sound. Internally, the T8 is wired with low-mass copper conductors, preserving delicate musical information and transient speed. This is complemented by bespoke low-capacitance phono cables and premium plugs, ensuring a highly transparent signal path from cartridge to phono stage. Capable of extracting more information from every record, the Michell T8 Tonearm delivers refined dynamics, improved soundstage focus, and reference-level performance at a highly competitive price point.
