These gloves should fit closely but not too tightly. Prolonged use of tight-fitting gloves can, over time, contribute to health problems including joint pain, thumb fatigue and carpal tunnel syndrome. Align hand where thumb joins palm. Measure the widest part of your hand (and compare to what is shown in diagram on package). Important: dispose of glove immediately after use. Store in cool, dry place.
