Domaine Maire & Fils Grand Héritage Côtes du Jura Blanc - NVPredominantly Chardonnay, fermented and aged in stainless steel for 8 months, blended with a small amount (9%) of Savignin which has been aged in oak barrels without topping up, allowing for the development of flor. Sherry like, but with more heft and minerality. Notes of ripe red and yellow apples, tangy citrus, white flowers, and toasted nuts.
