These are definitely one of our most popular items and they sell fast so don't "favorite and forget". The set pictured is made from two species of exotic hardwoods that are absolutely beautiful with their rich and lucious, vibrant natural colors. The black and brown species is called Wenge [Wehn-gey], an African exotic hardwood with natural, alternating ebony and chocolate brown grain that is stiking and pleasing to the eye. The second species is aptly named Purpleheart and comes from Central and South America. All of the woods used in our projects are responsibly and sustainably harvested!
If Purpleheart and Wenge aren't your taste then please contact me with preferred woods and we can discuss creating a set made to order for you! Each tray is 5" x 6-1/4" giving you a total of 10" x 10" when assembled. Whether you just want to use one tray, or even two, the protruding piece of the puzzle also doubles as an excellent carrying handle/knob. Sit at your desk and work with your favorite snack close at hand, set them out on the coffee table when you have guests over, place them in the center of your dining table on family game night when playing our Tic-Tac-Toe wood board game, the possibilities are genuinely endless!
Finished with a food safe mineral oil these trays are sure to be a conversation starter and get noticed by friends and family. Easy, no fuss cleaning, no dishwashing necessary, just wipe out with a damp paper towel and allow to dry!
