What Density is best for me? 

• 180% Density = 1 Frontal + 2 Hair Bundles (Sleek)
• 200% Density = 1 Frontal + 3 Hair Bundles (Naturally Voluminous)
• 220% Density = 1 Frontal + 4 Hair Bundles (Bold Full Volume)

Wig Cap Size: It's important to measure your head size to ensure your new wig fits you correctly. To find your head measurement, use a tape measure or piece of string to measure 1" above your ears around your head. This number corresponds to your head size. For a quick detailed video showing how to measure your head size, click here:

• Small: Under 22 inches (55.5 cm)
• Medium: 22 to 23 inches (55.5 to 58.5 cm)
• Large: Above 23 inches (58.5 cm)

Please note: Our wigs are built on stretchy caps, so if you're unsure about which size to pick or you're on the cusp between sizes, we recommend picking a size Medium as this is our default size. If you have any questions, please email us at [email protected] 

Trimming the Lace for a Customized Fit: All of our human hair wigs are built with 13x4 inch frontals. The size of these frontals is intentionally longer than the average person's hairline. While trimming your lace it's important to also trim the lace to comfortably fit around your ears for a seamless, customized fit. Glueless Wig Design: An Adjustable Wig Band is sewn into all Shop Will Beauty Human Hair Wigs. These straps provide extra tension and security to guarantee your wig will not budge out of place. Use your favorite wig glue if that is your preference, but glue isn't necessary. The Wig Strap can be removed if desired.

Processing Times:

• For Custom Color Human Hair Wigs our processing time to make our wig is 3-4 weeks. Occasionally, during times of high volume, Custom Color Human Hair Wigs can take up to 4 weeks.
  

All human hair wigs arrive un-styled with a factory body wave. If you are interested in having your wig styled and shipped on a wig head for an additional fee, please contact us via email after placing your order.

• Make sure to strongly secure your wig to a wig head or your own head before styling to prevent damage to the lace
• Wash like normal hair with shampoo and conditioner. For extra conditioning add products such as hair oils and masks
• If adhesive is used to secure your wig, clean using a toothbrush and 91%+ isopropyl alcohol
