Directions:  To achieve the product's beneficial effects, consume 2 scoops = 5 g daily. Consume in the morning, with breakfast, and in the evening, with dinner. Measure 1 level scoop of powder (5 ml = 2.5 g powder) each time and pour 100 ml of warm, boiled water over it, stirring constantly.

CAUTION!!! The vitamin and mineral mixture is susceptible to clumping if exposed to humid air or a moist measuring spoon. This type of clumping can be avoided by using a dry and clean measuring spoon and by minimizing exposure to the product surface when taking a serving.
