Recorded during the peak of Umiliani’s career, this soundtrack captures the essence of Umberto Lenzi’s giallo trilogy debut, starring Carroll Baker and co-starring Lou Castel and Colette Descombs. The music perfectly complements the film’s diabolical narrative, echoing the morbid and psych(edel)ic elements of the storyline.
Umiliani’s score is a blend of seductive grace and elegance, featuring notable contributions from Alessandro Alessandroni and his wife Giulia, as well as Antonello Vannucchi’s Hammond organ.
