Temperature control to get the right results
The pen comes equipped with an easy to use temperature control dial (200-450°c) so you can get the right results based on the type of wood and tip that you are using.
Frequently Asked Questions:
Q. There is smoke coming out from the tip. Why is that?
A. The first time you switch on the product, the heating element will warm up and release some smoke. This is completely normal and shouldn't cause any issues.
Q. How do I switch the tips when it's hot?
A. We strongly suggest using a set of pliers and do not touch the tip when hot. Simply twist the tip and loosen to screw it off.
Q. How long can I use this device?
A. As they say, practice makes perfect. The more comfortable you get, the better the results. No need to apply too much pressure as it's the temperature that controls the burn effect.
Q. Is it suitable for kids?
A. If your kids love art then this is a great way to introduce them to the world of pyrography. To be safe, please ensure adult supervision when using this product.
Q. Which Plug Type is my country?
A. Simply select the country when ordering and it will automatically select the appropriate plug type. As a reference, US & CA is 110V plug type A or B, AU & NZ is 230V plug type I, UK is 230V plug type G, EU is 230V plug type C.
