"This is immensely complex and engaging on the nose showing dark berry, smoked game, violet and cedar aromas, leading to a generously expressed palate delivering expansive mouthfeel and rich texture. Sophisticated and stylish with an impressively long elegant finish. At its best: now to 2030" Sam Kim, Wine Orbit, May 2022

"A blend of 60% tempranillo, 26% garnacha, 12% merlot and 2% cabernet. Full-bodied, flavoursome red with ripe cherry/berry, violet, integrated oak, wood smoke and liquorice characters supported by rich, ripe tannins. Approachable now but no rush" Bob Campbell, Master of Wine, Real Review, May 2022

"A distinctive and enticing bouquet with aromas of place and time, plum and dark berries, strawberry, incense, cinnamon, whispers of aged meat and plenty of vanilla and barrel layers. Quite delicious on the palate  - a wine of texture as much as it is flavour. An abundance of finely textured tannins weave between a mix of red berry and plum fruit flavours, medium acidity and a lengthy dry finish with plenty of complexity and charm. Great drinking from 2022 through 2028" Cameron Douglas, Master Sommelier, May 2022

"Aromas of ripe blackberries, raspberries, plums, violets and cloves. Medium-to full-bodied with ripe tannins and fresh acidity. Juicy, ripe and fruity finish" James Suckling

The result is a deep coloured, rich, intensely flavoured red with masses of dark berry fruit, chocolate and a hint of spice with soft, round tannins and enough freshness to balance the power.

Heritage and organic viticulture meet in harmony this unique Spanish red blend that’s 60% Tempranillo, 26% Garnacha, 12% Merlot and 2% Cabernet Sauvignon. This is just the second vintage and previous  vintage accolades include Gold Medal International Wine and Spirits Awards 2021 and 91/00 Guia Penin.

Vino de Pago is produced in a very specific area of terroir, with specific characteristics of soil, climate and varieties that create unique and differentiated wines - these are awarded the top classification of Spanish wine, “Denomination de Pago.” Patria Chica, means literally the "small homeland." The label is a symbol of prosperity, the banknote, whose protagonist is the farmer toiling land, allowing its treasure to emerge.

To date only 20 wineries have been classified "Denomination de Pago." Pago Aylés was the 10th to achieve the classification in 2010 and is the first and only Pago in the Aragon region. This wine project of the Ramón Reula family began its journey in the 1980s and ended with the reunification of various properties that once belonged to the so-called Finca Aylés dating back to the Middle Ages and first mentioned by Alfonso I in 1120.

Aylés’ has extreme weather conditions – during summer, there is a fluctuation of over 20ºC between day and night temperatures - which enables the wines to retain freshness and drinkability despite their innate power. The unique terroir is influenced by the Huerva river with plots of exceptional soils - pudding stones and clay with a high calcium component that brings energy to the wines. The estate is certified organic.

Grapes are harvested in the cool of night just 10minutes away from the winery. After cold pre-fermentation maceratio Tempranillo and Merlot are co-fermented first, and afterwards, the fermentation of Garnacha and Cabernet Sauvignon also take place at the same time. After temperature-controlled fermentation with indigenous yeasts, malolactic fermentation takes place in French oak casks with 5 months maturation.

Food Pairing: Great with a wide variety of flavoursome meat and vegetable dishes.

Vale is an 8 month pregnant omega working as a waitress at a strip club and a cam girl. She starts to get very creepy vibes from a regular at the club, and her baby daddy ghosted her. She has had an online relationship with a man named Bishop through her cam girl status. One night, bishop was paying to watch her sleep and ansthe creepy regular Andrew break in and watch her sleep he tells vale to come to him at his business now. She flees and finds herself at a large security company with some.hot of alphas who are there to help her. This imegaverse is a little different than I have read, but I am thoroughly enjoying it. Vale is not a traditional omega she was raised by a single beta mom, and the alphas are not normal alphas they have never really loved pack life. But they are ruthless mercenaries. They need her, and she needs them. I love the aspect of the stalker and now the plot twists at the end, so so good. Sometimes, it seemed a little slow and stale mated, but since this a duet, I think It was just her starting to have Vale get to know her alpha suitors. Cliffhanger for sure with this one.

That ending 😫
Format: Kindle
I fell into a false sense of security and really thought this was gearing towards a happy ending. Then I realized there’s no work they don’t punish Andrew. I really liked Vale’s character. I don’t normally read books with pregnancy but going into this knowing she was pregnant made it more enjoyable for me. I loved Bishops devotion to her and her happiness. I also loved that Holt and Mercy couldn’t fight their attraction to her. I love scent matches so very much. I’m so curious to see how this duet will end up. And I need to pay more attention and notice that a book I’m starting is a duet to begin with lol

I just knew there was something about Cooper! I’m wondering if he’s about to be included but damn I’m glad he’s at least not a rapist and creepy guy, he just got called on assignment and had to go! This should be interesting! She’s gonna run and then what’s his face is gonna grab her. I’m worried! Wow that was a great book and cliffhanger! Loving this!

Fun with a late blooming omega
Format: Kindle
I like this book. The story is fun, cute, and sexy. There's just a little drama, some excellent, steamy scenes, and a fairly good relationship building storyline. I especially like how all the main characters are a bit older than the usual 20 somethings I tend to see in this kind of book. Having said that, I wish there were more descriptions of the places, as well as the food in the fancy restaurant. I enjoyed the cocktails at the club, so I missed that kind of detail when Gray took Madison on a dinner date. I also wish there had been more interaction between Lucas and Madison, and Lucas and Rian. It felt a bit lopsided, with a focus on Rian, Madison, and Gray. I wish it had been proofread - there are a lot of typos, but nothing too distracting.
