The SmartBark™ detects your dog's bark automatically — no remote, no manual triggering. When it detects a bark, it responds with whichever mode you've set: sound only (beep), sound plus vibration, or sound plus a static correction. Each mode runs from level 0 to 8 so you always start at the gentlest setting and only increase if needed. The LED display shows the current mode and intensity level at a glance. IP67 waterproof, USB rechargeable, adjustable mesh strap fits most breeds.

Mode 3 does include a static correction. We want to be straightforward about this. The collar has three modes — sound only, sound+vibration, and sound+static. Always start at Mode 1, level 1 and only escalate if lower modes aren't working after several days. The static at level 1 is a mild sensation, not a painful shock.
Always start at the lowest setting. Level 0 or 1 in any mode is the right starting point. Dogs learn faster with a clear, consistent, low-intensity correction than with a high one. High settings are not more effective — they're more stressful.
Not suitable for anxious or fearful dogs. If your dog barks primarily out of anxiety or fear, a correction collar can worsen the underlying cause. In those cases, positive reinforcement training with a qualified trainer will produce better long-term results.
Remove for extended wear periods. The collar should be worn during training sessions and walks — not left on 24/7. Ensure the contact points aren't pressing too tightly on the neck for long periods.
Frequently Asked Questions
Which mode should I start with?
Always start with Mode 1 (sound only) at intensity level 1. Give it several days — many dogs respond well to sound alone. If there's no improvement after consistent use, move to Mode 2 (sound+vibration), still starting at level 1. Mode 3 (sound+static) is a last resort, not a starting point.
Will it trigger on other dogs barking or background noise?
The dual sensor system uses both sound and vibration detection — your dog's bark creates a vibration in the collar that external noise doesn't. It's not completely immune to false triggers, but significantly better than single-sensor collars at distinguishing your dog's bark from ambient sounds.
Is it suitable for small dogs?
The strap adjusts to fit most breeds. For very small dogs (under 4kg), we'd recommend checking the minimum strap size against your dog's neck measurement — and always use the very lowest intensity settings. Mode 1 at level 1 is appropriate for small breeds.
How long does a charge last?
Battery life varies with usage — the more the collar activates, the faster it drains. With moderate daily use, expect several days per charge. The LED display will show a low battery indicator when it needs charging.
