Coenzyme Q10 - occurs in all our cells, specifically in mitochondria, i.e. where energy is produced. The coenzyme is the "spark" that starts the combustion of oxygen, producing the energy necessary for functioning. Our body is able to produce it itself, but not always in sufficient quantities for its proper functioning. The level of the coenzyme also decreases with age, after the age of 50, supplementation is necessary.
Coenzyme Q10 is often called the vitamin of youth and longevity, and the Nobel Prize was awarded twice for discovering its function. Coenzyme Q10 does not dissolve in water, only in fats, so it should be taken with foods rich in fat or taken simultaneously with omega-3 fatty acids.

Ingredients: Coenzyme Q10, rice flour, capsule shell: gelatin, anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids and silicon dioxide.
How to use: One capsule a day. Do not exceed recommended servings for consumption during the day. The product cannot be used as a substitute for a properly varied diet.
Store at room temperature, out of the reach of small children. The product is not recommended for pregnant and breastfeeding women.
