The outside of the band is engraved with floral flourishes, with half of a flower perfectly centered at the back. The sides of the knot, alongside the turquoise, hold simple curved notches, and the edges of the band, meeting your finger, carry a design like leaves or possibly wheat. The engraving is not only abundant, but so perfectly preserved that it’s clear this ring was worn with care.
