Orders are shipped from Ghana via Ghana Post. Most deliveries arrive within 10–14 business days.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS:
Bags may arrive pressed or slightly out of shape due to shipping. To reshape:
• Sprinkle water on the basket
• Allow it to sit for 3 minutes
• Gently reshape with your hands
• Leave to dry fully in the sun or at room temperature
• Ensure the basket dries completely in an airy space to avoid mould
