Cherry Audio 에서 CR-78 를 출시하였습니다. 

이 제품은 1978년 출시된 Roland CompuRhythm CR-78 를 복각한 가상악기 입니다.

당시 프로그래밍 가능한 드럼 머쉰으로 큰 인기를 누린 제품입니다.

OMD, Hall & Oates, Genesis, Phill Collins, Ultravox, Blondie, Roxy Music, The Cars, Tears For Fears 과 같은 많은 유명 뮤지션들이 사용한 악기 입니다. 

 

 

Roland Cloud 에서도 CR-78 을 가상악기로 복각하여 구독 서비스로 사용가능하도록 하고 있습니다. 

그런데 Cherry Audio 에서 CR-78 로 가상악기를 출시한 것입니다. 그리고 새로운 기능들도 추가 하였습니다.

 

Cherry Audio의 CR-78은 단순한 프로그래밍 개선 그 이상이라고 이야기 합니다. 

original preset rhythm 과 variations/fill 이 모두 포함되어 있지만, 이제는 그것들을 자유롭게 모든 음색을 편집할 수 있습니다. 

 

FX 섹션(Overdrive, Delay, Flanger & Reverb), 독립적인 level, pan, and solo/mute 기능을 갖춘 믹서, global EQ 및compressor 가 탑재되어 있습니다. 사용자가 놀라운 beat masterpiece 을 프로그래밍한 후에는 DAW의 MIDI 트랙으로 보낼수가 있고, standalone version 으로 사용하는 경우 표준 MIDI 파일(SMF)로 CR-78 를 구동할 수 있습니다. 

 

 

이 제품은 velocity 를 지원하고 외부 MIDI triggering 도 가능합니다. 

그리고 Song Mode 에서는 99 pattern 과 99 step 으로 곡 전체의 작업이 가능합니다

속도 감도, 외부 MIDI 트리거링, 99개 패턴의 노래 모드, 노래당 99단계를 갖추고 있습니다. 

플러그인에는 '각 드럼 음색별 개별 출력' 을 제공하므로 DAW에서 각 악기를 개별적으로 믹싱할 수 있습니다. 

 

그리고 예상대로 Cherry Audio는 놀라운 프리셋들로 가득 차 있습니다.

클래식 패턴을 재현한 것도 있고 새로운 기능을 활용하여 오리지널보다 더 좋은 사운드와 현대적인 패턴들도 다수 들어 있습니다,

Great toy for tough chewers. Just don't expect a miracle!

This is a great option for tough chewers, although if your dogs are anything like ours, there is a procedure to ANY new toy no matter how "tough". If I gave them this Nylabone and they went unsupervised day one, they would wreck it and it'd be in the trash within the hour. I say this to tell you, if you have a top 10 bite strength aggressive chewer, that you shouldn't expect a miracle. If instead, I give it, take it away when they are working it too hard or being particularly destructive, and then give it back- and do this a few times for a week or so, then they'll chew it in a less aggressive fashion- they'll enjoy it and it lasts a long time. I don't know what it is about the first few days, but when something is "new" it has to be destroyed. When it's been in the house a few days, they are rough but not as bad. Like the ones listed "virtually indestructible" will last 6 months as long as we have multiple around. It will show damage, there will be shrapnel in the carpet that will scratch up your feet, but it'll be worthy of play still. I consider 6 months in our house worthy of 5 stars. This has been true for 2 Dobermans and a German Shepherd- and all of them have proven ability to destroy these products day 1 if I don't behave appropriately on introducing the new toy. If your dog wrecks these in the first 10 minutes, I'd say you probably need to work on supervising new toy play, and taking it away when they become to aggressive. This is a training issue, it can be done!

Great for Mega Chewer

Got one of these for our Rodesien Ridgeback when he was a puppy, and it worked well. So, when my daughter rescued two medium-sized dogs (one is an Australian Cow dog mix, and the other a Plott Hound mix) it was a no-brainer. The Plott Hound mix has jaws of steel and destroys anything and everything he can get his mouth around, except items from this maker. This is the only toy brand I've found that he doesn't demolish in under 5 minutes. Oh, and I'm stunned he can put bite marks in it. The Rodesien Ridgeback didn't even do that when he was a puppy, so I was surprised. However, that being said, the toy is holding up to hours of abuse. I had to buy additional toys because they don't like to share. Update on 01/09/20: these are still holding up to repeated abuse.
