Il Panettone Dubai Chocolate è un viaggio sensoriale che unisce la maestria artigianale italiana all’eleganza esotica dei sapori mediorientali. Il suo impasto, arricchito con puro cacao e lievitato naturalmente, regala una struttura morbida e vellutata, avvolta da profumi intensi e note profonde di cioccolato. Al cuore, una crema al pistacchio dal gusto pieno e armonioso incontra fili croccanti di pasta kataifi, un tocco raffinato che richiama la tradizione dolciaria orientale e dona un’esperienza di consistenze unica.
A completare questa creazione d’autore, una glassa al cioccolato bianco al pistacchio impreziosita da una pioggia di granella verde smeraldo, che racchiude in sé l’equilibrio perfetto tra dolcezza, intensità e croccantezza.
Come ogni creazione firmata Chef Giovanni Pantaleo anche il Dubai Chocolate nasce da una lunga lievitazione naturale con Semola Senatore Cappelli, un grano antico che assicura struttura, digeribilità e profumo autentico.

Ingredienti: 
Semola rimacinata varieta’ 100% senatore cappelli, burro (deriva da latte), tuorlo d’uovo, zucchero, lievito naturale, miele, sale, aromi naturali, cacao amaro in polvere 5%.
Farcitura : dubai chocolate (ing. pasta pistacchio 15%, latte magro in polvere, pasta kataifi 15% (farina di frumento, acqua, sale, latte magro in polvere, lecitina di soia)
Glassa: cioccolato bianco al pistacchio-granella di pistacchio
