Bookends Antique Taste Setter Sigma Vintage Handpainted Made in Japan Set of 2. These lovely bookends feature a Japanese male and a Japanese female with a dog. They are mostly white although the male is outlined in blue and the female in pink. The dog has yellow highlights. These bookends were made in Japan by Taste Setter Sigma and are handpainted. I found different dates when they were made, anytime between the 1920s and the 1970s. No matter when they were made, they will make a lovely addition to any decor. They each measure 5" x 5" and stand 8" high.
