Yet, even as Jade drags us into her dark fever dream, a surprising and intimate portrait emerges…a portrait of the scared and traumatized little girl beneath the Jason Voorhees mask: angry, yes, but also a girl who easily cries, fiercely loves, and desperately wants a home. The shoes are very pretty, but they are absolutely uncomfortable. I could barely wear them for an hour without my feet hurting. Unfortunately, they look much better than they feel. I really wanted to love them, but they are not comfortable enough to wear for any extended period of time.
