Installation Notes:
Swap your stock mount by removing the spur gear cover, motor, and stock screws. Slip the hose clamp around the mount and install the motor, using 2 screws for 1717/4985 or 4 screws for 2028/56113 motors. Align and tighten the hose clamp in the mount’s recessed slot. Be sure nothing but the motor contacts the hose clamp. Install your gears—this mount supports all stock gearing (18–26T pinions with 46T spur, and 14–22T with 50T spur) and Mod 1.5 equivalents (up to 48 total teeth) without risers. For 2028 or 56113 motors or taller gearing, add the SVT Risers (sold separately) for clearance. A minor trim to the spur gear cover may be required.
