You won’t need any extras to steal the spotlight right from the beginning. The GORGON’s aggressive, head-turning style comes ready to impress, now offered in more vibrant color options than before. Matching wheels, shock springs, skid plates, bumpers, and battery tray bring a clean, unified look, while impact-resistant bumpers help protect the body’s bold graphics.
Take on demanding terrain without hesitation. Built on a durable composite chassis with ARRMA’s trusted engineering, the independent suspension, adjustable ride height, and oil-filled shocks smooth out even rough surfaces. The powerful 2WD system channels output from the MEGA 550 motor to oversized dBoots Chevron tires mounted on ultra-tough nylon wheels for reliable traction. Metal gears make the drivetrain strong enough to support future brushless upgrades, and a new mesh-safe plate provides extra gear protection.
For newcomers to RC, the Spektrum SLT2 radio system includes throttle limiting options (50% and 75%) to help build control skills before unleashing full speed. Wet running conditions are no problem with waterproof electronics, including the Spektrum 2-in-1 40A ESC/receiver and high-torque S660 steering servo. Charging is simple with the Spektrum Smart 7-cell NiMH battery — just plug it into the S120 USB-C Smart Charger and let Smart technology handle the process. A cable tidy is now included for neat and secure wiring.
When you’re ready for more speed, the GORGON can easily be transformed into a high-performance basher. Its electronics support 2S LiPo power, and you can install a brushless system such as the Spektrum SLT 45A ESC and Spektrum 3660 4000Kv motor for extreme power levels.
