Ingredients:
Hoelen fungus (fu ling), Citrus peel (chen pi), Ginger root(sheng jiang), Bamboo shavings (zhu ru), Bitter orange fruit (zhi shi), Coptis root (huang lian), Jujube fruit (da zao).
Suggested Use:
Dissolve 1 to 2 grams in a cup of hot water to make a tea 2 to 3 times daily.
