Rumblex Plus 4D Vibration Plate combines oscillation, lateral and pulsation movement through a powerful triple-motor system to deliver a comprehensive whole-body training experience. With seven training modes and 60 speed settings, it supports a range of fitness goals, from mobility and balance to strength and recovery.
The 640W motor system delivers frequencies from 4–40 Hz with an amplitude range of 0–12 mm, helping activate muscles through varied vibration patterns. A softer, joint-friendly surface and lower-profile design enhance comfort during every session, making it suitable for regular use.
Built to support users up to 500 lbs, the platform features an anti-slip surface, Bluetooth speakers and a watch-style wearable remote for added convenience. Finish is fine but sizing is wrong and these don't fit tight but rattle. About 3/4" movement in all ways, which will lead to scratched paint.
If you've got a beater, these are fine but for my clean M3, I'll buy OEM from FCP or Turner.
