From Yuketen, the Alejandro is a vegetable tanned leather huarache hand woven in Mexico by artisans trained in traditional techniques. Each strip of leather is individually cut and woven by hand a process that cannot be replicated mechanically. The leather is untreated vegetable tannage, which means it molds progressively to the shape of the foot, softening and gaining character with every wear.
