Full bodied wine with a powerful, yet fine grained tannin structure. On the nose experience a complex amalgam of dark berry fruit, cassis and roasted cocoa bean, lifted by more fragrant aromas of cedar, sandalwood and hints of dried lavender and thyme.
Food Pairing: Well matched to game and red meats, cured meats and other savoury, robustly flavoured dishes, this wine can be cellared as the taste will improve and age over time, however it can also be consumed from purchase.
